Since we bought our home, we have had a rodent problem in the attic and Jay did an amazing job making a plan to exclude and clean up the space where our pest company failed us. He took the time to dive deep into all of my concerns and addressed each and everyone of them. I own a 1927 home and prior to us living here the previous owners kept covering up the problem and blowing in new insulation but his team was determined to get it all out and cleaned up for us. Jay is an excellent communicator, project manager, and his team is fast and thorough. He even did a few bonus items like vacuuming out my dryer vent and sealing it off so nothing would get in. Outstanding world class service! I had reached out to attic doctor as I just bought a home and it had horrible plastic liner in the crawl space. As well close to zero insulation on my metal ducts in the crawl. My self being in the trade’s understands the importance of making sure this stuff is handled properly and correctly. That being said it’s hard to find a company you can trust. And Jay and his crew have proven they are beyond professionals from day one. Jay and his team did an extraordinary amazing job! It’s so clean in my crawl as well everything they did was with detail! My ducts are actually insulated and not with the cheap bubble wrap. Real insulation!
